Description

Tetralogy of Fallot is known to be associated with anomalies in the origin or course of coronary arteries. We describe a case of fetal echocardiographic diagnosis at 24 weeks' gestation of tetralogy of Fallot with a single right coronary artery in which the left main coronary artery crossed the right ventricular outflow tract. The diagnosis was confirmed on postnatal cardiac catheterization and at surgery Implications of this coronary artery abnormality on prenatal counseling and postnatal surgery are discussed.
